One thing though--that last Batman? Story. The most utterly adorable thing that has ever walked this earth.

He was so incredibly SHY. We started posing, getting a little cheeky (thanks to my shameless advances) for the cameras. I didn't think he was UNCOMFORTABLE, he was just quiet and probably blushing his face off beneath his mask. We're doing fine, then a guy yells out "Oh my GOD, this is what I've been waiting for all of Comic-Con! What would Batman and Robin look like french-kissing!?"

Yeeaaaaah. SO CONFLICTED.

I died a little inside, half from joy and half from horror, then turned to my current Bat-Squeeze and asked him if I could kiss him on the cheek. He nods kinda quick, and I do so--I stand there for a looooong time while the cameras flash, feeling like I'm making a freaking birthmark of sticky red lipstick on his cheek. Eventually I back off and smile and do the pat-the-back style of thanks, thinking it's all well and done and casual, and juuuuuust about turn to go, when he catches me by the hand.

He pulls me back, leans down, kisses my cheek, squeezes my hand and whispers "Thank you" into my ear. Then he disappears.

........ AAAAAAAAAAUUUUUUUUUUUUGHHHHHH WHY THE HELL DIDN'T I GET THE NUMBER TO THE BATPHONE!? *HEAD-DESK* I couldn't have come up with a better situation to meet my soul-mate if I'd FANTASIZED IT! WAAUUUGHH!
